Bending rolls
Faccin produces and sells the widest range of bending machines available in the international market. Includes three models for bending thin plates: HCU, 2-roll bending roll with high speed and very high productivity, the ASI 3-roll initial pinch bending roll and model 3HEL, electronic 3-roll pyramid bending roll with double pinch. For rolling thicker plates, two different models: 4HEL, a 4-roll pyramid electronic bending roll, and HAV, a 3-roll variable geometry bending roll.
Angle rolls
Faccin constructs and markets various types of angle rolls that satisfy the most diverse processing requirements and assure excellent bending quality and maximum productivity over time:
• RCMI, double pinch angle rolls with special modular roll system, specifically designed for bending profiles with high flexion strength modulus
• Taurus, the variable geometry angle roll suitable for bending aluminum profiles and heavy metal fabrication work
Dished heads
Faccin offers dished heads production lines that include technologically advanced presses, flanging machines and manipulators, designed to offer maximum reliability in terms of achieving tolerances and lamination reduction.
• Hydraulic Presses (PPM) with an exclusive design with rods that minimizes deformation of the frame and assures forming accuracy and high reliability and Automatic Manipulators (MA), handling systems for processing several plates at the same time.
• Flanging machines (BF) capable of guaranteeing high productivity and maximum quality of the final product with cost optimization. Faccin’s BF range of flanging machines is available for dished heads with or without central hole and for thickness up to 45 mm (1¾”).
• The hydroforming machines (PPH) offer high productivity and maximum reliability in forming plates up to 8 mm (5/16”) thick. Widely used in the production of truck tanks that require dished heads in various shapes.
Special machines
Faccin has developed a range of special machines in response to specific needs in the fields of pipe production, shipbuilding and aerospace. The long 3-roll bending rolls of the HAV-2F range, suitable for use in pipe mills, designed to deliver high performance in the production of pipes over 18 m long and bending plates up to 45 m thick. For the shipbuilding sector, Faccin designs, assembles and markets:
• FB angle rolls, unique machinery on the market suitable for bending bulbs and various types of profiles
• PPS Shipbuilding presses for metal forming, levelling, bending, curving and 3D modelling
• Large-sized RP bending rolls able to effectively combine the speed of a bending roll with the versatility of a press brake.
• The R line, a range of levellers capable of processing plates of any length, up to 4 m wide and thickness up to 70 mm.
