Celeros Flow Technology has introduced the CUP-OH2 heavy-duty pump, part of its ClydeUnion Pumps range
The heavy-duty, single-stage, radially split, overhung, end suction pump can withstand operating temperatures to 800°F (427°C) and has a capacity of up to 7500 USgpm (1700m3/hr). It is suited to industrial applications including offshore oil & gas exploration, petrochemicals and gas processing, nuclear and conventional power as well as jet fuelling systems.
Designed and manufactured to the latest edition of API 610, the CUP-OH2 pump meets stringent noise and vibration limits thanks to its rigid pump body with 360-degree bearing support and heavy centreline mounting. A number of cooling methodologies, complementing inherently cool-running bearing modules, ensure the pump will operate reliably at high temperatures.
Ease of maintenance
The CUP-OH2 is easy to maintain. A rigid shaft design, with minimised deflection at the seal faces to below API 610 criteria, provides a longer mechanical seal life. A back pull-out design allows the complete rotating assembly to be removed without disturbing the suction or discharge pipework.
CUP-OH2 pumps can be manufactured with a number of API material options from S4 to D2. NACE, low temperature and other material options are also available. Customers also benefit from the guaranteed OEM spare parts supply and full aftermarket support.
