RAK Petroleum Public Company Limited, (RAK Petroleum) and Norways DNO International ASA (DNO) signed a heads of agreement to merge RAK Petroleums Middle East and North Africa (MENA) operating subsidiaries into DNO in exchange for DNO shares to be issued to RAK Petroleum.
