ENOC Lubricants & Grease Manufacturing Plant (ELOMP) has announced that it has received an Appreciation Award by Shell Markets Middle East Limited

According to ENOC, the award honours ELOMP’s dedication to operational excellence and adoption of best quality practices across all aspects of operations. ELOMP also recently won the Dubai Quality Appreciation Programme certificate.

Located at UAE’s Fujairah Port, ELOMP has been working with Shell Markets Middle East Limited since 2011, providing bulk marine blending and supply services. ELOMP has already achieved 100 per cent right first-time batch pass ratio for SHELL products, sources added.

Mohammed El Sadek, director of ENOC Lubricants–Marketing, said, “The appreciation award from Shell is strong testament to ELOMP’s credentials as a trusted lubricant supplier to major global organisations. We are thankful to Shell for their support and remain committed to ensure the highest quality across our operation. The award has further strengthened our confidence in meeting and exceeding client expectations.”

Spread over an area of 63,500 sq m, ELOMP has a current blending capacity of 424,752 cubic metres of mineral and synthetic lubricant-based oils, and 14,158 cubic metres of grease per annum.

With the completion of its new construction phases by early 2015, it will have the capacity to produce over 707,921 cubic metres of lubricants and grease, which is almost 18 per cent of the total lubricants production in the UAE.

ELOMP also facilitates lube blending for various grades and applications, grease manufacturing, small package filling, drum filling, coding and labelling of packs and testing and analysis.
