Gas Arabian Services secures EPC contract worth US$10mn for Aramco's station

Gas Arabian Services Co has been awarded a significant contract by Riyadh-headquartered Saudi Arabian Mining Co (Ma’aden) to undertake the upgrading of Aramco’s gas metering station

The value of this engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract stands at US$10.3mn (SAR 38.65 million), exclusive of any value-added tax (VAT), as per the disclosure made by the company in the bourse.

The agreement for this substantial project was officially awarded and signed on 25 June 2023, and Gas Arabian Services revealed that it is scheduled to span a period of 21 months to ensure seamless completion of the upgrade. With such an extensive duration, the company has ample time to carry out the necessary enhancements to meet the project's requirements and specifications.

In March 2023, the company was awarded a notable US$13.5mn EPC contract for a different project. This continued success in securing significant contracts further solidifies Gas Arabian Services' position as a reliable and sought-after partner for major industrial projects in the region.
