IMI will launch its latest innovations in steam trap monitoring and upstream pressure control at ADIPEC, taking place in Abu Dhabi from 4-7 October
IMI will showcase a range of solutions, including the new Steam Trap Monitoring (STM-10) system, which offers advanced IIoT capabilities for optimising steam system performance. STM-10 comprises wireless compact sensors monitoring critical process conditions, and software that uses data from the sensors and smart algorithms to identify instantly whether a steam trap is blocked or leaking. This helps track steam lines that could end up costing operators a significant amount of money in maintenance and unplanned downtime if they were left unmonitored.
IMI will also be showcasing the latest innovations in the IMI Maxseal range, including the J70/J72 and L71 spring-loaded back pressure regulators, which deliver consistent pressure regulation and flow outputs for various industrial applications; and its latest valve automation solutions, including the Zero Backlash Quarter Turn Actuators, digital twin technology for the High Precision Smart Positioner (SHP), and safety isolation valve with partial stroke testing and extended diagnostics via ICO4-PST.
Firas Jaouni, IMI’s Territory manager for the Middle East, will be present with his MEA team to discuss how IMI can enhance plant operations for greater efficiency and sustainability. He said, "Efficiency and sustainability are key to productivity and profitability in the energy sector. Our broad range of high integrity products and new product developments, such as our innovative STM-10 solution for steam trap monitoring, are part of our approach to helping the sector deliver on key commercial and decarbonisation goals."
IMI will be exhibiting at the UK & EIC Pavilion, stand 8439 in Hall 8.
