Dubai-based ENOC Lubricants & Grease Manufacturing Plant (ELOMP) has expanded its capacity with a second blending location at Jebel Ali
The plant can help increase the company’s total production capacity to over 300,000 metric tonnes per annum.
The Jebel Ali facility is expected to complement ELOMP’s existing manufacturing facility in Fujairah Port, one of the largest-of-its-kind in the Middle East and Africa. The expansion will further enhance ELOMP’s storage for raw materials and finished products and is aligned with ENOC’s strategy to expand operations in order to meet growing customer demand in local and export markets, said company sources.
ELOMP’s 5,000 sq m Jebel Ali manufacturing facility, located within the Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), adds to its overall production and sale capabilities currently supplied through its Fujairah facility. Featuring the most advanced technologies, including automated blending and metering systems, ELOMP Jebel Ali can maximise blending flexibility in respect of product volumes and types.
Also, given the day-time ban for land transportation, ELOMP’s JAFZA facility will enable faster delivery to Abu Dhabi and Dubai customers, the company added.

ELOMP engages in the production and sale of synthetic (full and partial) motor oils, gear/industrial oils, transmission fluids, brake fluids, grease and anti-freeze. The plant can blend a wide range of oils including automotive engine oil, gear oil, transmission oil, speciality oil, industrial oils such as marine, railroad, hydraulic, turbine, compressor and gear oils, as well as automotive and industrial greases.
