Italian burners and burner components manufacturing firm SICA has opened an office in Dubai to help facilitate the needs of its customers across the Middle East
The company, which has been increasing its manufacturing capacity and efficiency in recent months, has made new investments.
SICA has recently invested in technologies including a new robotised welder and a new laser-cut machine, which have been added to its existing advance-technology systems in order to improve precision and quality, as well as reduce processing speed.
In a statement, the firm said, "These new approach and investments confirm the growth approach undertaken by SICA to offer better and excellent conditions to customers.
"Innovation and experience, as they have always been and remain an inseparable combination to obtain the company main goal to achieve 'Total Quality'," it added.
The company, which manufactures burners and burner components on commission for the residential, industrial, petrochemical and marine sectors, also recently celebrated its 50th anniversary.
Verona-based SICA has adopted a lean manufacturing approach to its fabrication and managing systems in order to minimise waste and has seen its whole welding process certified UNI EN 287 and ASME IX.
