Libya’s energy committee has announced that the eastern oil port of Marsa al-Hariga is likely to reopen by the end of this month
Member of Parliament Saad Bin Sharada said, “There are positive signs that we will get results on opening the port.”
Currently, Marsa al-Hariga has a capacity of 110,000 bpd, Reuters reported.
In the second week of September, Libya’s crude oil production was around 620,000 bpd, Oil Ministry sources said.
Meanwhile, two cargo of crude are likely to be shipped for Italy and the Netherlands last week of September from Bouri port, shipping data revealed.
