In the new Z series, KRAL applies its expertise in pump design and technology to two screw pumps. The Z series is a synchronised, two-spindle pump in double-flow design. Because the screws are synchronised and contact-free, they can deliver even contaminated and non-lubricating media reliably and without pulsation.
The experienced KRAL engineers have succeeded in reducing the bearing load while simultaneously increasing the fatigue resistance and thus the service life and possible loads on the conveying elements.
The pump housing design offers several advantages. In addition to the variable spigot arrangement, a highly efficient heating chamber was integrated and great importance was placed on minimising intake flow losses.
All the advantages of the pump can be used both horizontally and vertically.
KRAL has placed great emphasis on reducing maintenance, service and operating costs and with this innovative solution offers the customer an optimised product based on many years of experience in the positive displacement pump market.
