Flow control equipment specialist Oxford Flow opens manufacturing facility

Industry

Flow control equipment specialist for oil, gas, water and industrial process industries Oxford Flow has opened a 6,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Oxford, UK, as part of its ambitious growth plans

The facility is based at Cowley, closely located to Oxford Flow’s headquarters. The facility is set to ensure product quality, timely delivery and customer satisfaction all meet Oxford Flow’s high standards. In addition, the larger facility also allows the company to maintain its operations with social distancing measures in place.

Neil Poxon, CEO at Oxford Flow, said, “With increased manufacturing capability, we can build and deliver orders more efficiently to offer even higher levels of customer service. As we expand globally, this future proofs the business – enabling us to scale up as and when needed.”

Oxford Flow’s new head of manufacturing John Pozzoli will be leading the team at the facility. Pozzoli stated, “The new manufacturing facility allows Oxford Flow to truly capitalise on our ability to achieve world-class quality and cost optimisation for our customers.”

The facility comes as Oxford Flow has secured a US$11.82mn investment to support the company’s expansion across the utility and industrials markets, and oil and gas product development. The company designs pressure reducing valves and gas regulators, which it says are smaller, lighter and more robust than comparable products.
