Abu Dhabi National Oil Company for Distribution (ADNOC Distribution) has signed an agreement with global consulting firm Protiviti to develop ‘smart’ service stations in the UAE
The collaboration is for ADNOC’s initiative Change Management Consultancy Services (CMCS) project, which is part of Project SMART, stated ADNOC Distribution.
CMCS aims to introduce all-round customer service capabilities including design, enable and assure business processes, architectural layouts, health, safety, security, environment technology solutions, network, installation centres, certification and service station rollouts.
Salem Al Daheri, CEO of ADNOC Distribution, said, “ADNOC Distribution has always been at the forefront of deploying pioneering technologies to customers. Project SMART comes as part of this vision to enhance overall customer experience through the delivery of innovative solutions. Within this overarching program, the CMCS initiative will conceptualise best practices and enhanced strategies in customer service.”
According to the agreement, Proviti is under a mandate to offer re-engineering business solutions, develop marketing strategies and conceptualise designs for station engineering and recommend best practices in health, safety and compliance.
