Tangiers Petroleum has announced that Tarfaya Block, located offshore Morocco, is ready for drilling
Galp Energia, one of the partners in the Tarfaya Block, has entered into a novation agreement to secure access to the Ralph Coffman drilling unit for the programme, Tangiers Petroleum added.
The exploration well TAO-1 is scheduled to spud Q2 2014.
