As the price of oil stabilises above US$75 pb and with production rates declining across the globe, EOR is gaining huge momentum within oil producing companies as a method to extend the life of existing fields.

In a recent survey conducted by Terrapinn, over 58 per cent of NOCs and IOCs are currently using enhanced oil recovery ; a resounding 92 per cet of oil and gas producing companies believe that investment in enhanced oil recovery will increase over the next two years ;  over 87 per cent of NOCs and IOCs agree that oil producing companies need the expertise of OSCs more than ever before.
